Ground/Map Item Repops and Collection Missions Bugged for the Following Items

So far, most of the items required by Rank 1 collection missions are bugged. The missions themselves will not complete even if you greatly exceed the mission requirements, and the items themselves do not repop no matter how much time passes. The items in question are:

--Herbs
--Leaves
--Flowers
--Red Crystals
--Orbs

Gold Dust etc. does appear to repop as intended, and the Magledene missions are generally bugless.
